- **Responsibilities**:_
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, completing background checks, and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed, including employee engagement activities, performance management, and training programs.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR administration preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with HRIS or ATS platforms.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
