Rbt/ Aba Therapist

This role is required to implement procedures and strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Therapist will work with client 1:1 therapy sessions with children with autism and related disorders to:
- Implement techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the center, home, or school settings.
- Collecting data about student's behaviour through direct observation.
- Assisting BCBAs as directed with behaviour reduction assessments and skill acquisition plans.
- Teaching students the specific behaviour skills called for in treatment plans.
- Developing student's social skills.
- Communicating daily progress to students' parents and caregivers.
- Providing a safe and supportive environment for child and family.
- Exhibits significant reliable habits, including timeliness and organizational skills.
- Respond appropriately to different situations common among patients and others with behavioral and developmental challenges.
- Utilize effective communication skills to provide effective feedback to patients. **Effectively communicate positive feedback to patients.**:
- Know how to respond to inappropriate behaviors appropriately.
- Track a patient's progress.
- Participate in clinic meetings, workshops and training seminars as necessary, and other ad-hoc jobs in the center

**ABA: 2 years (preferred) License/Certification**: RBT/ABAT Certification (preferred)
- **Must have own visa and Willing to travel. ( Within Abu Dhabi Area)**
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
License/Certification:
- RBT/ ABAT certification? (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (required)
