Electromechanical Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is operating at optimal levels.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide technical guidance to technicians.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical systems like **PLCs, motors, pumps, compressors, HVAC system, Hydraulic system, Blasting and Painting equipment’s** is a must.
- Oversee the installation of new equipment and ensure that it meets all safety and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all equipment is integrated properly with other systems.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and make recommendations for purchasing as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to technicians on new equipment and procedures.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and technological advances in electrical and mechanical engineering

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field,
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical or mechanical engineering, including experience in a supervisory role, Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
