Elite LUX Holiday Homes Rental L.L.C is a premier holiday homes company based in Dubai, managing a diverse portfolio of luxurious properties. We are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards for all our properties.

We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager who will be responsible not only for managing existing short-term rental properties but also for acquiring new properties to expand our portfolio. We are open for Entry level individuals who are seeking to learn and have a strong growth mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Property Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned short-term rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the company’s high standards.
- Coordinate with guest services agents to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage property maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to property management.
- Regularly review property listings to ensure accuracy and appeal, making necessary updates to descriptions, images, and amenities.
- Adjust pricing strategies based on market trends, seasonal demand, and occupancy rates to maximize revenue.
- Monitor guest reviews and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Property Acquisition**:

- Identify and pursue new property acquisition opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the local real estate market.
- Negotiate and finalize property acquisition deals in line with company goals and objectives.
- Prepare detailed property acquisition reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote newly acquired properties.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Willing to learn and have a growth mindset.
- Valid UAE driving license.
