We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. As an Arabic speaker Female, you will play a crucial role in maintaining excellent relationships with our Arabic-speaking clients within the Education industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with existing Arabic-speaking clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions promptly and professionally.
- Understand clients' needs and requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty among Arabic-speaking clientele.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Arabic and English languages is essential.
- Proven experience in customer service, client relationship management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the education industry or related field is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
