**HR Internship - Your Launchpad in Human Resources**

**About the Role**: We are looking for an HR Intern who can support our dynamic HR function in operational activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about starting a career in Human Resources and are eager to learn the nuts and bolts of HR functions in a hands-on manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the coordination of new hire onboarding and induction programs.
- Help in formulating and implementing local HR policies, ensuring they meet legal standards and align with company values.
- Contribute to the payroll process and benefits administration.
- Participate in managing healthcare initiatives and other employee welfare programs.
- Aid in maintaining accurate employee records, including residency status and work permits.
- Engage in activities aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Act as a support point for HR-related queries from employees.
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and synthesizing feedback for organizational improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR team on reporting tasks and data analysis.
- Work with line managers to assist in job analysis and the creation of job descriptions.
- Support the execution of talent development programs.
- Help identify and mitigate workplace risks, contributing to the creation of a safe and healthy work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
