Looking to hire a Nanny house-keeper to a Family with a boy almost 5, born July 2018.

Arryan is high-functioning Autistic so requires more nurturing and more explanations, steady communication and good discipline to work through defiant behaviour.

A nanny who is familiar with home-schooling children would be beneficial. The family are looking for a nurturing but firm nanny who can get the best out of him and help him navigate his day with less tantrums. He has done very well with applied behavioural therapy so the nanny will need to be open to being trained in this type of therapy using reinforcers and use these strategies learnt at home to help Arryan to increase his skills.

Arryan loves the outdoors, and he loves being social. Arryan has a brilliant sense of humour, very loving, and has a great appetite. In social family environments they would like to rely on nanny to have his best interests at heart and see that he manages social environments without being overstimulated. The family would like the nanny to have plans for the days for him to be engaged and nurture his curious mind. A nanny who will be happy supporting their son in the best way possible to help him to reach his milestones.

Mum is a keen cook and would like the nanny to help with food preparation and clearing away of dishes/kitchen after mealtimes. Housekeeper duties would involve food prepping, keeping the kitchen clean, some laundry and daily cleaning. A car driver is essential, and a vehicle is provided.

Accommodation would be provided with a bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The family home is in Wrotham a village in Sevenoaks in Kent. Both parents are working professionals.

**Salary**: AED1,019.88 - AED6,388.65 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
