**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Define the product roadmap and set short
- and long-term goals.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and understand needs. Facilitate communication between development teams, business units, and executive leadership.
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product roadmap. Break down complex features into manageable tasks and user stories.
- Lead the product development process using agile methodologies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of features. Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the development team.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand competitive landscapes. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Define and document detailed product requirements and specifications. Prioritize features based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements. Address and resolve any impediments that may impact the team’s progress.
- Plan and oversee product launches, including coordination with marketing, sales, and support teams. Develop go-to-market strategies and materials to ensure successful product adoption.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to iterate on the product and enhance user satisfaction.
- Ensure that the product complies with relevant regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines, particularly concerning AI and data usage. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the product's development and deployment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes and implementing best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technology to maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, requirements, and changes. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on product status, progress, and performance.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE** **A. Educational Requirements / Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA can be an added advantage. **B. Experience**:
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools. Familiarity with data science concepts, data processing, and model evaluation. Knowledge of programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python, R). Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide development teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. **C. Skills and Competencies**:
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt within the organization’s dynamic environment.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
