**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform secretarial and administrative duties for the Line Manager
- Fully manage calendar and meetings (i.e., scheduling appointments, managing events and sending reminders)
- Manage databases and keep organized records
- Manage internal and external correspondence
- Conduct market research and acquire new listings via Bayut, Properfty Finder and other relevant platforms
- Qualify leads over the phone and look for new ways to attract more clients
- Contact clients, provide support and help closing deals
- Coordinate with the Sales Administrators and Conveyancing Manager to ensure smooth sales execution and neat documentation flow (MOU, Forms A, B, F, I, etc.)
- Stay up to date with existing and upcoming projects from developers
- Always explore ways to increase numbers of deals, leads and listings

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Fluent in English & Arabic preferred**
- **Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, Calendars, Power Point, etc.)**
- Previous experience as a Telesales Executive in Real Estate would be highly preferred
- Passionate or experienced in real estate sales
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Well-mannered and well-spoken
- Approachable, yet ambitious and self-driven
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail required
- Ability to multitask between several projects and meet deadlines
