Required Professional Requirements:

- **Experience in mainly residential projects**:

- 6-10 years of experience as an Interior Designer preferably in the UAE
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe inDesign, Photoshop, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
- Strong background in interior design and project management
- Strong experience in space planning, contract documents, administration, and FF&E
- Experience in Hospitality, F&B, Residential, and Commercial sectors
- Should have experience in managing a team
- Capable of being a design critic to evaluate work done in-house or externally
- Must be based in the UAE

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design process for assigned projects - from concept development to final installation
- Serve as the technical resource for all matters related to Interior Design and finishing design and construction quality by reviewing standards, specifications, and drawings on allocated projects
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and develop design solutions that exceed their expectations
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate these into design solutions as appropriate
- Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are accurately tracked and reported
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders, and act as the main point of contact for all project-related communication
