## Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

## Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams to understand project specifications and customer requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards across all production activities.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
- Troubleshoot production issues, offering technical expertise and practical solutions to ensure continuous workflow.
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring availability for current and upcoming projects.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the final products meet the company's high standards and customer expectations.
- Train new employees on company policies, production techniques, and safety procedures.

## Requirements:

- Proven experience as a foreman in aluminum production or a related field, with a strong background in vehicle and container modifications preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide employees.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different departments.
- A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications or training in production management, safety protocols, or related areas.
