Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative, confident and tech-savvy **Social Media Executive** to manage all of our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original content across our social media, managing posts, content plan creation, community management, campaign management and event coverage. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Plan and develop social media campaigns
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific social media objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Work with graphic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Attend and cover all company events

Required qualification in either of the following or related field:
Desired Qualification: One of the following:

- Marketing (particularly digital and social media marketing)
- Advertising
- Media and communications
- Public relations

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven work experience as a social media specialist or similar role (5+ years)
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels including META business suite
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Agency experience is a MUST
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

Term: Full time, 2-year contract, which is renewable. Package: In the region of AED 10,500 to 12,300 per month including all allowances

Other benefits: Annual air ticket allowance and medical insurance

**Salary**: AED10,300.00 - AED12,500.00 per month
