**Responsibilities**:
1. Course Instruction: Deliver engaging and informative lectures in psychology, ensuring the effective communication of key concepts to students.

2. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to develop and update course content in line with industry standards and emerging trends.

3. Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and critical thinking.

4. Assessment and Feedback: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding, providing constructive feedback for their academic growth.

5. Mentorship: Offer guidance and support to students, serving as a mentor to those interested in psychology-related career paths.

Qualifications:
1. Master's or Ph.D. in Psychology from a recognized institution.

2. Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the post-secondary level.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Proven ability to develop and deliver effective and engaging lectures.

5. Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
