We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a highly skilled individual who is not only proficient in plumbing but also possesses a broad range of maintenance and repair skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures throughout the hospital, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Quickly address and resolve plumbing emergencies, such as leaks or blockages, to prevent disruptions in hospital operations.
- Perform scheduled maintenance checks on various systems, including but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Work closely with the facilities maintenance team to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with local health and safety regulations and hospital policies.
- Provide exceptional service while minimizing disruption to hospital operations and patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment for all.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a plumber, with extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, preferably in a healthcare or similarly regulated environment.
- Additional technical skills, such as in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical repairs, highly preferred.
- Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local or national authorities.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly those pertaining to hospitals or healthcare facilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of interacting positively with hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in different environmental conditions.

**Salary**: AED2,700.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
