**Key Responsibilities**:
**Oracle Fusion ERP Administration**:
- Manage and maintain the Oracle Fusion ERP system, including configuration, security, and user access.
- Perform routine system checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure system availability and performance.
- Oversee the implementation of updates, patches, and enhancements in the Oracle Fusion environment, especially those related to real estate and construction functions.
**System Configuration and Customization**:
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules based on business requirements, focusing on Real Estate Management, Project Management, Construction Management, and related areas.
- Develop and manage custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Oracle Fusion tools.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements specific to real estate and construction, and translate them into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for system customization.
**Business Requirement Documentation**:
- Lead the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) by collaborating with business users and stakeholders to capture and document detailed functional requirements.
- Ensure that BRDs align with business objectives, particularly in the real estate and construction sectors, and support the design and implementation of effective ERP solutions.
- Validate BRDs with stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals before proceeding with system configuration and customization.
**Support and Training**:
- Provide ongoing technical support to end-users, with an emphasis on those working in real estate and construction functions.
- Conduct training sessions for users in real estate and construction departments to ensure they are fully capable of utilizing the system effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals, tailored to the needs of the real estate and construction sectors.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Liaise with Oracle support and other third-party vendors to resolve complex technical issues, especially those impacting real estate and construction modules.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly those in real estate and construction, to align ERP functionalities with business processes and objectives.
- Participate in project planning and execution for ERP-related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and integrations specific to real estate and construction.
**Data Management and Security**:
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Oracle Fusion ERP system, implementing best practices for data management in real estate and construction contexts.
- Manage and monitor system backups, disaster recovery plans, and other security protocols.
- Regularly review and update security roles and permissions in line with organizational policies, with a focus on those impacting real estate and construction functions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP, with a strong focus on both technical and functional aspects, particularly in real estate and construction functions.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Oracle Fusion modules related to Real Estate Management, Project Management, and Construction.
- Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle database technologies.
- Experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for ERP systems.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integration technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies and project management best practices in real estate and construction.
**Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly, especially in real estate and construction modules.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a specific focus on real estate and construction projects.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
**Preferred Certifications**:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Oracle Real Estate Management Cloud or similar certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification, with a focus on real estate and construction projects.
