Barista Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for new and existing baristas, covering a wide range of coffee preparation techniques including espresso-based beverages, manual brewing methods, iced coffee, and advanced latte art.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to individuals and groups, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
- Assess the proficiency of trainees and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve training materials, curriculum, and methods based on industry trends and customer preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest coffee trends, equipment, and brewing techniques to ensure training content is current and relevant.
- Conduct workshops on customer service, hygiene standards, and best practices in coffee preparation.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to baristas to refine their skills and maintain a high level of consistency in beverage preparation.
- Assist in organizing and participating in coffee-related events, competitions, and demonstrations to showcase the expertise of the team.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated expertise in coffee preparation techniques, including espresso-based beverages, manual brewing methods, iced coffee, and advanced latte art.
- Proven experience in training and developing baristas or similar roles.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, roasting processes, and flavor profiles.
- Familiarity with different coffee brewing equipment and their maintenance.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences through outstanding coffee preparation.
- Flexibility to adapt training methods based on individual learning styles.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification from recognized coffee training programs would be a plus.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
