**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all Forex trading-related inquiries and support.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations to clients on Forex trading strategies, risk management techniques, and market insights.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Forex products and services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.
- Actively prospect and onboard new clients through targeted outreach efforts, networking events, and referral programs.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, address any concerns or issues, and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and compliance, to streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide timely and relevant updates to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Forex trading, financial services, or relationship management preferred.
- Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and trading software/platforms.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
