RedTeam Hacker Academy is seeking a driven and enthusiastic **EdTech Sales Executive** to join our team. In this target-oriented role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our professional and student-focused cybersecurity courses. This position primarily involves contacting potential clients through calls and texts, with a strong emphasis on achieving monthly sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Engagement**: Initiate and manage communication with prospects via calls, texts, and follow-ups to generate leads and close sales.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- **Course Promotion**: Clearly and effectively present our course offerings to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
- **Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and seamless sales experience.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture them into successful conversions.
- **CRM Management**: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including lead generation, communication, and conversions.
- **Market Insights**: Provide valuable feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade effectively.
- Strong goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a knack for problem-solving and overcoming objections.
