We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team at [School Name]. **Responsibilities**:

- Assess and diagnose communication disorders and delays in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the needs of students.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Offer guidance and strategies to teachers and parents to facilitate communication development in the classroom and home environments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Stay updated with current research and best practices in speech therapy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Hold a valid DHA license
- Valid license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of various speech disorders, communication delays, and intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students with communication challenges.
