HR Admin Assistant
The HR administrative assistant position at Newcom requires excellent organizational and administrative skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
An HR assistant is expected to be a conceptual thinker with great time management skills.
Should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.
In the role you will be responsible you will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:
- **Admin Activities**
Company vehicle registration & insurance renewal
Fine Payments if any
Renewal of Trade license
Renewal of Dubai trade Subscription
Renewal of Dubai Customs Business registration
Renewal of Media License - National Media Council
Renewal of Safety certificate from Dubai Civil Defense
Renewal of Property All Risk Insurance
Renewal of Public Liability Insurance
Maintaining & checking the Abu Dhabi Toll system portal for any fine or wallet ref
**HR Coordination**
Collaborate with the HR Manager to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
Coordinate the entire Onboarding process (document collection, checking on attestation, cancellation document, employee emergency form)
Follow up with Finance team for making payments to Typing center
Inform medical insurance team for adding or deleting the employees
Entering and updating master data with all employee information
Update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Maintaining the calendar for public holidays UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait
Event Coordination(Birthdays, Diwali, Christmas, etc.)
Download the attendance report and submit it for payroll
Coordinate for Saturday worked or overtime if any
Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance data like absences and leaves
Issuing salary related letter for employees (payslip, salary certificate, letters for the bank)
Assist during performance management procedures and appraisals
Complete paperwork for exit interviews ( handover forms)
Produce and submit reports ad-hoc reports as required
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
