**Job Description**:
Train and Audit TRS personnel Provide Competence training. Involved in TRS technical Audit in different Parker Wellbore locations and provide training.

**Essential functions**
- Prepare and conduct training to all TRS Personnel.
- Asses all TRS personnel based on current job and prepare trainee records to include attendance, grade, progress sheets, certification, etc.
- Review Operating procedures and Quality for all TRS tools
- Reviews and updates power point presentation for all courses.
- Responsible for obtaining training materials, supplies, tools and training aids needed to conduct courses.
- Supervise Casing and Tubing Running Practices and Well Site safety.
- Recommends improved training methods and procedures and, as directed, revises training material.
- Create or modify existing maintenance procedures as they relate to tubular service equipment.
- Adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- As needed, seek advice from HSE representative.

**Technical Skills**
- Good knowledge of Rig equipment and function.
- Mechanical aptitude

**Qualifications**:
**Necessary qualifications, skills and abilities**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Applications.
- Excellent operational and maintenance knowledge of equipment.
- 5 Years minimum field experience in running TRS equipment.
- Good communication skills
