**PANDORA UAE** is currently seeking a pro-active and results driven Supervisor to join the retail team in Dubai.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Join to add a value and contribute to Pandora’ growth.
- Manage the day-to-day store operations.
- Drive sales and KPI performance.
- Responsible for staff training and development.
- Live and breathe Pandora Values.
- Stock management, visual merchandising & marketing, loss prevention and cash control.

**Personal Competencies**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management role
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Attention to detail, flexible, problem solving and multitasking abilities.
- Cross Cultural understanding
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cross-cultural understanding and active listening skills.
- Excellent ability to communicate in an open, transparent and constructive way and to interact with people at different company levels.
- Excellent service and result orientation, ability to enhance customer experience and satisfy customer needs.
- Team player
