**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing all printing and packaging activities.
- Support in planning jobs, conducting quality checks, and minimizing production rejections.
- Coordinate between the Sales team and the Production team to align production schedules with client requirements.
- Assist in setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to the production team.
- Monitor and ensure production output meets specifications and on-time delivery targets.
- Enforce safety and company guidelines across production activities.
- Monitor the safe use of equipment and ensure regular maintenance schedules are followed.

**Required Skills & Knowledge**:

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the Printing & Packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of Offset and Digital Printing machinery, including troubleshooting and operational skills.
- Hands-on experience in managing and guiding teams of more than 10 employees.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Hindi and English.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage workflows efficiently.
- A results-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in manufacturing.
