Collections Assistant

A group of companies located in Business Bay is currently hiring for a Collections Assistant with the following qualifications.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 yrs. of experience as UAE experience
- Bachelor’s degree graduate (Business Management, Accounting)
- Experience with Mollak software
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advises customers of the necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
- Provides customer service regarding collection issues, processes customer refunds, and processes and reviews account adjustments.
- Monitors and maintains assigned accounts: customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
- Receives and verifies invoices and requisitions for services
- Prepares daily bank deposits
- Sends reminders as per the service charge collection policy.
- Recommends actions to be taken for the defaulters as per the service charge collection policy to Owner's Association
- Communicate with owners for payment of service charges as per collection policy
- Uses Mollak software for collection and communication with the unit owner.
- Explains the collection policy and procedures, including the interest levy.
- Makes NOC for transfer of sale for all units and buildings.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
