JOB DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The Site Supervisor’s Electrical objective is to coordinate the functions of all the site

requirements and provide support to the Site Co-ordinator / Engineer / In-charge. All tasks

are carried out in line with company and corporate policies and guidelines, and the

company’s business plan.

TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ASSIST AND GIVE FULL SUPPORT TO THE SITE ENGINEER / COORDINATOR /

INCHARGE
- Day to day supervision of ongoing construction work.
- Maintaining proper labour force to complete the project on time.
- To co-operate with store keeper to carry out his tasks while loading and unloading

the materials on the site.
- To assist the Site In-charge in technical & Quality inspection of ongoing work.
- Preparing daily list of labour and allocation of work as instructed by the Site In
- charge.
- Checking and controlling the wastage of material on site.
- To calculate material requirement for particular work and inform the site in-charge.
- To co-ordinate with different agencies/ third parties involved to maintain proper speed

of the project work.
- To collect the material from the supplier as per the instructions of the site in-charge.
- Ensure that the number and date of casting is written after de-shuttering of any

concreted member.
- Assist the site In-charge in preparing daily reports, quality reports etc. on a daily

basis.
- Check and ensure that curing work is done regularly and maintain the curing register.
- Ensure that the site is cleaned daily after the closing of days work.
- Coordinate and ensure the connection of temporary water and electricity

arrangements.
- To keep watch and control the necessary movements of the authorities in the

premises.
- Perform other duties & carryout responsibilities as assigned by the Site In-charge or

Company, latter being prime.
- Provide training and mentoring to personnel at all levels within the site.
- Keeps the highest level of confidentiality regarding business information.
- Shall be flexible to accept and follow changes in the duties and responsibilities in line

with Management’s interests.
- Workers assignment, Contract norms Tab entry, Quality output.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Fully understands the company’s fire, emergency, and procedures
- Applies company regulations, adhering to existing laws and regulations for safety
- Anticipates possible and probable hazards and conditions and either corrects them or

take action to prevent them from happening
- Ensures that all potential and real hazards are reported and reduced immediately
- Maintains the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, appearance

and conduct

MISCELLANEOUS
- Attends meetings and training required by the Site In-charge
- Assists colleagues to perform similar or related jobs when necessary
- Ensures consultant, client and labour satisfaction by attending to their requests and

inquires courteously and efficiently
- Accepts flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted workflow
- Maintains own working area, materials and company property clean, tidy and in

good shape; reports defective materials and equipment to the department
- Continuously seeks to endeavor and improve own knowledge of the job function
- Knows names and functions of the colleagues in the company and is well versed with

Al Adrak’s vision and mission
- Is well updated on, and possesses solid knowledge of the following:

- Fire, and emergency procedures
- Health and safety policies and procedures
- Company standards of operation and departmental procedures
- Strictly adhere to the company’s Dress code

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
