**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Chef specializing in pasta and pizza, preferably in Italian cuisine.

Extensive knowledge of pasta and pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, sauce creation, and various cooking methods.

Creativity and ability to innovate while staying true to traditional flavors and techniques.
