Ballet Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting ballet classes for students of various age groups and skill levels
- Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their technique, posture, and overall performance
- Ensuring a safe and positive learning environment in the classroom
- Collaborating with the artistic director and other instructors to coordinate performances and events
- Maintaining regular communication with students, parents, and the institute's administration regarding class updates and progress

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a ballet teacher, preferably with experience teaching students of different age groups
- Strong knowledge of ballet techniques, terminology, and curriculum development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Flexibility and adaptability to work.
- A professional and positive attitude towards teaching and teamwork

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
