**Job description**

1. Assist customers visiting the company with excellent customer service by actively listening, communicating effectively (both verbally and in writing), negotiating, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

2. Manage inventory of showroom samples and catalogues for customer use.

3. Handle sales inquiries. Educate customers on our product inventory to stimulate sales opportunities

4. Maintain records of sales transactions to track personal performance against targets.

5. Provide feedback to the Technical Manager or operational manager

6. Engage in continuous training and coaching to improve sales closing rates.

7. Regularly report to the line manager on all tasks mentioned above.
