**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

**Brand Management**:

- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Oversee the company's online presence, including website management, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
- Create and manage digital advertising campaigns to drive online traffic and sales.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

**Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales presentations.
- Assist in generating leads and converting prospects into customers.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the company's CRM system to track customer interactions and sales performance.

**Content Creation**:

- Write and design engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and case studies.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years experience in marketing, preferably in the signage or digital printing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
