We are looking for a Web Applications Project Coordinator with a strong project management background who has worked for large budgeted projects and clients from all over the world. As the project coordinator, you will oversee a team of software developers and work very closely with them to deliver all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

We want to hire Project Coordinator that is eager to have a significant influence on a massive product development project for our customer, using nothing but the best products, patterns, and practices

**Responsibilities**
- Assume a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team
- Push for better Development Practices, better Code, better Solutions
- Encourage discussions on software design within the team and provide constructive feedback on ideas
- Be aware of individual and overall team morale
- Thrive in a highly collaborative company environment where agility is paramount
- Ensure high-quality code is produced by the team while employing community accepted testing principles, best practices, and tooling
- Provide technical guidance, support, and mentoring to both junior and senior team members
- Assist principal technologists/Architects in making architectural decisions
- Ensure Software Development Best Practices are established and followed by the team
- Make technology recommendations that balance business needs and technical requirements
- Proactively understand stakeholder needs, goals, expectations, and viewpoints to deliver results
- Make difficult decisions without needing to rely on others, but know when to consult others.
- Expert level experience of working with web developers and mobile developers under your belt
- Experience with micro services architecture and familiarity with Infrastructure as code and cloud orchestration frameworks such as Chef/Terraform
- Actively involved in, bringing up, and defend software design decisions
- Mentor fellow Developers, share the experience, and help them get better
- Working in an Agile environment, done Scrum, can take on Scrum Master role.
- Stay up-to-date with new web technologies on the front and back end through self-study, blogs, meetups, conferences, etc.
- Always have quality in mind and you employ community accepted testing principles, best practices, and tooling
- You push for better Development Practices, better Code, better Solutions
- Thrive in a highly collaborative company environment where agility is paramount
- Experience building distributed data platforms with high availability concerns and are easily horizontally scaled
- Experience leading Scrum ceremonies
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Technical Requirements**:

- Should be decision-makers and can take initiative and should be excellent in the handling team.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field is a must.
- Have extensive knowledge and experience in software development.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
- Experience in Back End Development is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding decision-making and leadership capabilities.
- Good Knowledge of the latest technologies & trends.
- Can handle pressure during deployments.
- Strong analytical abilities and strong project management experience in a Software development environment.
- Expertise defining project goals, scope, approach, and overall task plan including providing clarity on critical path tasks.
- Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within the scope.
- **Certifications and Licenses**:_
- Agile Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certified, Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, completion of a Project Management Certificate program, or similar certification in process preferred.

**Languages**:
**Fluency in speaking Arabic is mandatory**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
