Having hands on knowledge of Oracle Apps R12 and Fusion Modules or Oracle eBusiness Suite which includes Oracle Financials/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/HRMS modules.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills with. Can explain technical solutions with business flair, contribute to RFP’s, perform POC’s etc.
- Completed at least 6-8 full life cycle implementations.
- Understand the fundamentals of business process through workshops and trainings conducted by Oracle consultants.
- Challenge the process using their prior implementation / transitional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and should be able to articulate, effectively coordinate with both internal and client teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
