**Position**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Karahi & BBQ Chef to join our culinary team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to showcase their talent in preparing traditional Pakistani and BBQ dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Karahi dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation.
- Grill and BBQ meats to perfection, adhering to established recipes and techniques.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Karahi & BBQ Chef or similar role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistani cuisine and traditional cooking methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
