10+ years of lead experience in complex Oracle EBS implementation (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management etc.).
- 5+ experience as project lead in agile setting, managing elements of scope, timeline, quality, risk, communication.
- Strong functional knowledge, setups and features.
- Good understanding Oracle EBS Technical elements.
- Well versed with end-to-end test cycles.
- Experience interacting with senior management.
- Self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Delivery-minded, ready to go above and beyond and get creative in delivering on time and within budget.
- Adaptable, handle competing demands, thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, with a desire to take initiative and a proactive and inclusive approach to problem solving.
- Technical Leadership - Ability to evaluate technology solutions and develop an implementation roadmap.
- Transformational Leadership - Displays passion and optimism; Inspires respect and trust; mobilizes others to fulfill the vision.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to provide both strategic and tactical direction who is thorough but also able to see the big picture.
- Experience with cloud computing and strong desire to learn new technologies.
