**Responsibilities**:
**Management of Recording Transactions**
- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by managing the Transactions recording process.
- Manage the recording of asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

**Management and Financial Reporting**
- Prepare and review financial & Management Reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to clients.
- Reconciling statements and reporting to the management regarding any discrepancy highlighted.

**Team Management**
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of bookkeepers and tax professionals to ensure high quality service delivery.
- Providing guidelines to the team members for entering accurate records into Clients ERP.
- Provide guidance on complex accounting and tax matters, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.

**Taxation**
- Preparing and reviewing Tax returns as per the local laws of Clients Country.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and tax laws, ensuring compliance in all client interactions and internal processes.
- Responding to the queries of the different government bodies in case any assistance needed.

**HR Management**
- Oversee and manage processes related to government portals in UAE and KSA.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, staying updated on any changes that may impact HR processes.
- Coordinate and facilitate the iqama renewal, Exit Re-entry and other process for employees, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to government regulations.
- Handle the addition and transfer of employees on the Government portals in both UAE and KSA.
- Liaise with government authorities to address any inquiries or issues related to HR processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on government related HR matters.
- Having an analytical mind and a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
- The ability to develop strong working relationships and maintaining the work ethics.
- Expert level experience in multitasking with ability to set priorities as per given situation.
- Ability to stick to time constraints.
- ERP hands on experience is a must. Having Xero Experience is a Plus
- Fluent in English.

**Education / Certifications**
- Chartered Accountant finalist or Similar professional body qualified with Articles completed from a renowned firm.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and finance.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
