Cdp Responsibilities:
1. Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section.

2- Assisting the executive chef and sous chef to define menuconcepts and develop dishes.

3- Helping with the management of health and safety practices.

4- Monitoring supplies and assisting with recipe costingand inventory control.

5- Operate and maintain all department equipment and report any problems.

‍6-Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.

7-Full awareness of all menuitems, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.

8-Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.

9-Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.

10-Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.

11-Establishing and maintaining effective inter-departmental working relationships.

12-Have excellent knowledge of menu creation, whilst maintaining quality and controllingcostsin a volumefood business.

13-Personally responsible for hygiene, safetyand correct use of equipment and utensils.

14-Ability to produce own work in accordance with a deadline and to assist and encourage others in achieving this aim.

Experience: Mexican cuisine exp - 3 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
