We are seeking a talented and experienced Professional Photographer to join our dynamic team at Health Avenue Polyclinics. As a Professional Photographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality images that showcase our facilities, medical staff, patient interactions, and promotional events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop photography concepts and strategies aligned with the brand objectives.
- Conduct on-site photo shoots within the polyclinic premises, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and visual appeal.
- Capture compelling images of medical procedures, patient consultations, facility amenities, and staff portraits for use in marketing materials, social media, and website content.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and adhere to brand guidelines across all photography projects.
- Edit and retouch photos as needed to enhance their quality and ensure they meet the desired standards.
- Manage and organize the digital asset library, ensuring easy access to photos for various departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and creativity of photography output.
- Adhere to deadlines and project timelines, effectively managing multiple assignments simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Professional Photographer, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
- Proficiency in digital photography equipment, lighting techniques, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for composition, color, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while also contributing as a proactive team member.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel to various locations within Dubai for photo shoots.
- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
