Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at AWS Distribution, you will be at the forefront of our brand's visual identity. You will have the opportunity to craft engaging and eye-catching designs for our private label products that resonate with consumers and drive brand loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with product development, Sales and procurement teams to understand project goals and requirements.
- Conceptualize and create visually appealing packaging designs for our FMCG private label products.
- Design marketing materials, including product labels, brochures, and promotional assets.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences to inform your design choices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of packaging design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work, with a focus on packaging and consumer-facing materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of printing processes and materials used in packaging.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
