Resposibilities:

- Maintain an updated manual electronic filing system and database of the departmental documents to ensure easy retrieval of the same
- Scan and store documents coming in and going out from the department to ensure that copies of the documents received/sent are available with the document control section for reference or audit purpose
- Responsible to update the document master list on received issuing, updating of any document and maintain control documents.
- Responsible in circulating common documents to the concerned and handle correspondences related to circulating the documents for the departments to ensure timely receiving and dispatch of the same.
- Manage the filing/archiving room functions efficiently and ensure accuracy of all documents filed and follow up on sent out, delayed and missing documents as and when required.
- Follow up on messages, issues and carry out various administrative tasks related to documentation through effective coordination to ensure completion of the process
- Setup and update the registers maintained as log of documents received, sent out and updated.
- Coordinates with the internal and external team to ensure telematics installation, fuel calibration and other associated services are completed as per deadline.

- 3+ years experience as a Data Entry
- Must have advanced knowledge in Word/Excel/(MS OFFICE)
- Laguage: Hindi/Urdu, English
- History of working with fleet & asset management systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- A strong work ethic and ability to communicate well, especially around complex and sophisticated technology products and solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Comfortable in a start-up environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
