IT Manager

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience working in IT operations
- IT Infrastructure Experience is Required
- Experience in System Administration
- Background of Web and Mobile App Development
- Background of ERP, Reporting, Database Administration
- Information Security Certification Desirable
- PMP, CISM, ITIL Certifications are Desirable

**Job Description**:

- Develop and implement IT Services including IT helpdesk based on ITIL
- Prepare and manage IT code of conducts based on international best practices
- Develop and implement information security policies based on ISO 27001-2015 standards
- Prepare and implement Disaster Recovery, High Availability and Business Continuity Plans
- Co-ordinate with project management office
- ERP post implementation support
- IT operations management

**Salary**: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
