**Role Description**

We are currently seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator with Photography and Videographer experience in UAE Real Estate to produce engaging Photo/video content and captivating copy for our brand. This position requires exceptional creativity, a curiosity for unique and novel products, and the ability to showcase these products on social media platforms to capture the audience's attention.

As a Content Creator, you’ll work closely with our Marketing team to plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. You’ll be at the forefront of our social media presence, crafting content that resonates with our audience and showcases our brand’s unique voice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture video and photo content.
- Edit reels and promotional material for social media.
- Produce engaging content to keep our community interested.
- Maintain our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Ensure brand identity, style, and voice are consistent across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Drive Instagram and TikTok campaigns to boost brand awareness.
- Create storyboards and present them to the management team.
- Oversee art direction and collaborate with videographers.
- Write engaging copy for social media posts.
- Prepare and deliver a weekly content calendar.
- Respond to viral trends in alignment with the brand’s tone.
- Engage with social media communities and foster discussions.
- Participate in trending social media conversations.
- Create content for paid advertisements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance.
- Promote the brand’s social media presence within the company.
- Suggest and create trends and competitions to boost content creation.
- Assist the Marketing Team with influencer relations and community management.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles.
- 1+ years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using video to document global events.
- Proven success in creating high-performing social media content.
- Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and best practices.
- Creativity within brand guidelines.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English is a big advantage.
