**Company Description**

MCT Group of Companies is a leading construction and oil & gas industry group that was established in 1982. The group is run as a specialist business entity, with each activity having its own focus to ensure optimum business performance. MCT's business activities have expanded to include corrosion protection, repair and maintenance, construction chemicals, pipeline rehabilitation, dry mix mortars, and property maintenance. To meet the increasing demands of the GCC market, the Group opened its second state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dubai Investment Park on February 6th, 2008.

**Role Description**

**MANDATORY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WORKING FOR HEALTH CARE AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY**

**Purpose & Responsibility of the Role**:

- Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organisations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two.
- Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.
- Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, HR Department and to assist them on all government related services.
- All employee related & government related request should be received only from HR Department.
- Leave availed for any reason (sick /annual leave) or traveling outside the country it should be approved and informed to MCT HR Department well in advance in order to prioritize and organize all the PRO functions.
- Before availing the leave, the handover of all pending duties should be done accordingly.

**Key Responsibility / Accountabilities**
- Responsible to administer the following towards company liaising with local UAE govt ministries:
- Obtaining & Processing new employment residency visas / work permits for all employees, renewal of employee residence permits/ visa, Facilitate and follow-up and cancellation of labor & visas for employees.
- Processing Visit visa as and when required for the employees
- Facilitate all and complex medical / police procedures on event of legal issues of any employees.
- Liaise with embassies / foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits.
- Liaise with UAE Immigration dept. in obtaining business entry visas for global business visitors.
- Administer company and joint venture companies’ licenses and tax remittances with various UAE govt. authorities viz., Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc.
- Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.
- Any TO-DO-NOW jobs always have to be evaluated, prioritized and accomplished at short notices.
- Collect and give regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government offices to keep the HR office well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
- Facilitate all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
- Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipality. (With Approval)
- When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments. (With Approval)

Deal promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions
- Assist the HR office in determining any issues identified with organization & employees.
- Submit all the relevant expenses regarding visa/legal as per MCT procedure.
