Manlift Operator

We are looking for a Fire Watcher with at least 3 years of experience to join our team and oversee the work area where you will be responsible for safely operating aerial work platforms, such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, cherry pickers, and other types of man lifts. Your primary duty will be to elevate workers to perform tasks at elevated heights, such as construction, maintenance, repairs, installations, or other job-specific duties. Ensuring the safety of the crew and equipment will be your top priority.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Safe Operation**: Operate the Manlift equipment safely and efficiently, following manufacturer's guidelines and industry best practices for safe aerial work platform operation.

**Equipment Inspection**: Conduct pre-operation inspections of the Manlift to ensure it is in proper working condition. Check for any mechanical issues, leaks, or safety concerns and report any problems to the appropriate personnel.

**Load Capacity**: Verify and comply with the equipment's load capacity, ensuring that the combined weight of personnel, tools, and materials does not exceed the platform's maximum capacity.

**Elevating Personnel**: Use the Manlift to elevate workers to the desired heights, ensuring that they are safely positioned on the platform and following proper harness and safety equipment usage.

**Site Assessment**: Assess the work site and surrounding area for potential hazards or obstacles that could affect the safe operation of the Manlift. Take necessary precautions to avoid accidents or damage.

**Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with workers on the platform and on the ground, ensuring that everyone is aware of movements, tasks, and potential hazards.

**Emergency Response**: Be prepared to respond to emergency situations promptly and safely, including lowering the platform to the ground in case of power failure or other unforeseen circumstances.

**Adherence to Regulations**: Comply with all relevant safety regulations, company policies, and procedures related to aerial work platform operation.

**Maintenance**: Perform basic maintenance tasks on the Manlift, such as regular cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Report any significant equipment issues to the maintenance team for proper repairs.

Salary : AED1200 - AED1500 + FOOD+ACCOMMODATION+TRANSPORTATION

**Salary**: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
