Receptionist/admin (Female Only)

We need a highly organised lady (the studio is for ladies only) who is very detailed, outgoing to speak with our members and tech-savvy (not afraid of learning how to operate a software).
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Phone calls (answering inquiries about the gym).
- Follow up with trials to encourage them to join the studio.
- Follow up on members who haven't being training in a while.
- Keeping track of sales, renewals in the gym management software.
- Able to run reports, and present the summary data in excel.
- To arrange office and juice bar supplies with the vendors on time.
- To promote with members our services and special activities.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication, English fluent.
- Understands how to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent costumer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Extrovert personality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,250.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
