Service Coordinator

Our company is urgently looking for an organised and self-motivated/driven Service Coordinator who will be responsible for managing service activities. The Service Coordinator’s role will include working closely with the Sales & Operations teams.
In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, worked in a similar position and proficient in Customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming visitors.
- Preparing service schedules, tracking of service performed, procuring parts, etc.
- Preparing quotations, delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, Proforma invoices, and system update.
- Maintaining service files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the service operations.
- Purchasing office supplies, overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Managing technicians and their requirements.
- Performing other relevant duties, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineers in Mechanical /Electrical/Automobile and those with accounts background.
- Experience - 3-5 years’ in handling the administration activities and duties of a service coordinator in a similar position in UAE.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Those having experience in Service Industry and handling Annual Maintenance contracts will have an advantage.
- Service advisors can also apply.
**Other Requirements**:
- UAE driving license.
- Experience in Telesales will be an advantage
- Salary: 2500 - 3000
