Co-operate with the delegated Persons, Managers, Engineers and supervisors on Health and Safety matters;

- Assuring effectiveness of assigned HSE management system.
- To understand and let the workforce to understand the company policies and procedures.
- To report all the near misses, Incident/ Accidents
- Providing resources management and capability development to their workforce.
- To protect the public/ guest against risks to health and safety arising from sports and work activities.
- Involving himself and workers for the identification of hazards and preparation of risk or impact assessment.
- Communication all the hazards to the workforce.
- Providing necessary resources to comply with HSE requirement.
- Conduction Training session in regular basis.
- Assessing their workforce to meet the requirement of HSE.
- Provide awareness to the workforce of the USE Laws and Regulations.
- Communication the emergency response procedure and contact no. to meet the emergency situation.
- Ensuring that there is no environmental damage with the activities.
- Provide and ensure a good welfare facility to the staff.
- Report mismanagement; waste, fraud, or abuse; unsafe conditions; security issues; etc.
- Stop work if an HSE or safeguard & Security concern exists.
- Comply with the legal acquisition methodology to meet operation’s needs.
- Ensuring & delivering HSE feedback on management system performance.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Health, Safety, or Environmental field of stud

Minimum 5 years' practical experience as a HSE officer, Safety Officer developing

Licensed to act as HSE professional (when applicable locally by law

Solid knowledge on local laws and regulations regarding to HSE

Expertise in hazard jobsite assessment/analysis/solution, risk assessments, incident investigation and root cause analysis

Conducting inspections and audits

Strong interpersonal skills

Innovative and able to contribute to new ideas.

Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- HSE Coordinator: 5 years (required)
- UAE: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:
