- **Strap on your superhero cape because as our HR Generalist, your main mission will be to support our charismatic Head of People, Timy, in making our HR operations run as smoothly as a well-oiled machine and bringing our HR projects to life like a master puppeteer**

**1- HR WIZARDRY**:
You'll juggle HR-related tasks like contracts, records, timesheets, and benefits for our eclectic global team.
Like an archaeologist, you'll keep our HR databases and systems updated and accurate, uncovering important insights.
From welcoming newbies to bidding adieu to colleagues, you'll add your magic touch to the onboarding and offboarding processes.

2- PROJECT WHIZ

You'll be Timy's right hand in bringing HR projects like compensation, benefits, performance plans, and GDPR compliance to life.
It's not just about the start, but also the journey and the end—you'll ensure these projects hit the bullseye by coordinating and tracking their execution.
