Assistant Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support our Limousine Service operations. The Assistant Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our limousine fleet, delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the limousine fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and inspections. Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to ensure that vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Assist in resolving customer issues promptly to ensure a positive experience and maintain client satisfaction.
- Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of limousine drivers. Provide guidance and support to drivers, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and customer service standards.
- Assist in coordinating limousine reservations, pickups, and drop-offs to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Monitor trip progress and address any issues or delays as they arise to minimize disruptions for clients.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards. Implement quality control measures to maintain the high standards of service expected by our clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, billing, and invoicing. Maintain accurate records of trips, expenses, and customer feedback to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing for the company.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to limousine operations. Implement safety protocols and procedures to protect the well-being of clients, drivers, and staff.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses related to limousine operations. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to optimize financial performance while maintaining service quality.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on key performance indicators, operational metrics, and customer feedback. Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Knowledge of limousine service operations, including scheduling, fleet management, and customer service.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
