**Process Improvement**:

- Constantly improving dry mix mortars,

construction chemicals & joint sealants products and the related raw

materials, processing equipment, and testing procedures.
- Keeps the formulations updated in accordance with the new raw materials in

the market.
- Supports the introduction of new products into the market.
- Supports marketing by elaboration of technical papers, notes, brochures,

etc.
- Create products’ TDS & SDS & AMS.
- **Product Development**:Ability to develop new products using innovative

technologies to meet market trends and requirements in the field of dry mix

mortars, construction chemicals &joint sealants.
- Technological understanding of product attributes and implement cost
- saving approaches.
- Finding & testing alternative/new raw materials.
- Constantly seek opportunities for innovation in the given domain.
- Coordinate for ordering laboratory equipment, calibration, and technical

troubleshooting as required.
- Ensure that proper performance studies are carried out regularly especially

for newly developed products under research observation periods and

preparation of regular reports for the manager review.
- **Quality Standards**:Update, revise and maintain laboratory’s quality system

and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure that 5S well implemented in the lab with continuous improvement.
- Ensure the lab is organized, monitor supplies and adhere to safety

standards during laboratory testing.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with laboratory administrative duties and perform

other task/project as assigned by the manager.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
