Store Superintendent

Receiving of Materials (Customer properties & supplier products/purchased items)

Preparing inspection notes for the received items and getting approval from the quality dept.

Storage & and preservation of received items with proper identification tags.

Maintaining stock register.

Preparing daily store issue notes.

Maintaining customer property register.

Maintaining shelf life register for life-deteriorating items.

Issuing and returning tools and equipment to workshops and other worksites.

Preparing delivery notes for the dispatching items.

Receiving of material purchase request from production dept.

Taking quotations from the suppliers for requested items as per the spec. in the purchase request.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Preparing and maintaining of Approved suppliers list as per API QMS specifications.

Handling Petty cash and submitting monthly invoices to the Accounts department.

Assists in maintaining an efficient and effective storeroom operation by following procedures to receive, unpack, inventory, and store (as necessary).

Utilizes a computer to determine stock balances, and bin locations, inputs or retrieves data for routine operational needs, prepares reports, and performs perpetual inventory maintenance.

Follows verbal and written instructions.

Places stock in designated storage areas

Assists in keeping the stockroom, warehouse, and loading area in a clean and orderly condition

Good command of the English Language.

Coordination skill.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: -**

Bachelor Degree.

8-10 years’ experience in stores operation; especially in Oil & Gas / Fabrication Industry.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
