**Store Keeper Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and Handling all inbound and outbound materials as per the company policies and procedures.
- Producing reports on a daily basis with the team leader/Office Management regards to all the inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Maintaining re-order levels for consumable materials with coordination in Purchaser/Office Management.
- Keeping a record of materials receipt, records, withdrawals, and restocking the store accordingly.
- Managing and training store staff procedures.
- Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
- Mediating any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalating the situation.
- Ensure all the materials are stored clean and organized.
- To ensure workplace health and safety requirement are met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse and stock.
- Inventory skills is must/ Supervisory Skills
- Time Management skills

**SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB**:

- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent analytical and attention detail
- Must be organized and punctual
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet the deadlines
- Strong focus on policy adherence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
